MOB is an organization of community members dedicated to being the change we want to see.
Founded in the summer of 2020 and based in New Paltz, New York, our biggest goal is to be able to relieve people of the stressors of everyday life. Currently we are working on tackling food insecurity in our local community.
We believe that access to food is a basic human right.
Our biggest project yet was establishing a Free Food Fridge in New Paltz at the Village Hall (25 Plattekill Ave.) to provide free food to our surrounding neighbors and give those with excess food goods an accessible outlet to donate what they can, when they can.
The New Paltz Free Food Fridge has been up and running since Christmas 2021.
